Princess Buds is a cannabis retail store in Stouffville Ontario.(6380 Main Street Unit 9 Stouffville, Ontario) We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cannabis to join our growing team

The Budtender is responsible for creating a meaningful client experience from the moment they enter the store until such time they finalize the sale. They must have great knowledge or be willing to learn about the variety of products we carry. Passionate about the industry, positive attitude, and are willing to grow with the team, they must understand rules and regulations as well store policies. Understanding our customers and being able to guide them with their store shopping and helping them with any questions they may have.

**Job description**

Reporting to the store manager. The Budtender must possess knowledge of products, understand the AGCO rules and regulations, and have the ability to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Ability to assist and guide the client through the products and identify their wants/needs.
- Ability to understand the variety of products carried
- Goal-driven to achieve sales goals and complete duties as assigned daily
- They may try to help and guide the customer with anything they want/ need.
- Must be able to understand the variety of products we carry and use the tools that are given to ensure proper cannabis feedback.
- Must be able to understand and listen to the customer by asking questions to ensure they go home with the product they are looking for.
- Finish any task and or responsibility before the shift ends.
- Must be able to work with the team and or alone if needed.
- Great communication skills with both staff members and the Management team are a must.
- Experience with Point of Sales systems and basic math for cash handling
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to drive a positive atmosphere, customer experience and be able to build trust and loyalty with customers.
- Be able to help clean and keep the store tidy.
- **Qualifications**:_
- In possession of Cannsell Certification
- Familiar with various Cannabis strains, brands, and accessories.
- Minimum experience of 2 years within a retail setting or waitressing.
- Criminal Background Check required by AGCO.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 50 pounds (22.5 Kg).

**Job Types**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 12-35 per week

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
