Budtender / Key Holder

Lux Leaf has an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for motivated, energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team. We are hiring Budtenders ideally with a background in retail cannabis & customer service. Our mission at Lux Leaf is to provide cannabis consumers with the highest quality customer service in the industry with a focus on educating consumers rather than making the biggest sales.

**Requirements**:

- Sellsafe + QCW (please have prior to applying)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Reliable transportation
- One year minimum of customer service experience
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Retail Cannabis experience is considered an asset

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide guidance on where they may find items within the store
- Assist each customer in finding the right and most suitable product
- Create an educational and informative experience for all customers
- Advise customers on the use of our products, and provide direction
- Participate in merchandising
- Educate customers on different products, strains and consumption methods
- Handle cash float
- Complete inventory counts as necessary
- Help in maintaining a clean store
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Assist with setting up merchandise displays
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems (Cova POS)
- Work in partnership with store managers and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Participate in all manner of store maintenance and cleaning
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Performs other duties as required

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
