**Summary**:
A production artist is responsible for designing, creating, and overseeing the creation of logos, and developing layout designs. They work closely with Customer Engagement Representative and Sales Representatives to define design requirements and bring the customer’s vision to fruition. They are involved with each step of the artistic and design process, such as reviewing graphics, layouts, and fonts, finalizing designs, and fixing, improving, and editing designs. They must be proficient in using image editing software, have abundant creativity, and have an eye for detail and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience creating, maintaining and integrating customer’s design and logo
- Strong working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, and some Photoshop experience.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and innovative approach
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player who is open to constructive feedback
- Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time.

**Job Duties**:

- Create and produce customer’s logo that promotes the client’s brand
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Representative and the Sales Representative
- Prepare Customer’s proofs for approval
- Prepare final files for the purpose of Digital printing.
- Work efficiently through high volumes, meeting tight deadlines
- Make corrections and modifications to customer’s proofs as requested
- Design layouts customer’s display showcases
- Logo manipulations; editing, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the customer’s objectives
- Communicating with various vendors for placing orders for die plates as well as sending artwork to vendors for custom projects

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
