**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our promotional materials align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for developing, executing and maintaining compelling promotional kits and content that effectively communicate our brand's value propositions, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Help conceptualize, design, and create promotional kits that showcase our products/services in an engaging and visually appealing manner.
- Collaborate with sales and product managers to develop kit content that effectively communicates key product features and benefits.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines throughout all promotional materials.
- Ensure promotional kits are prepared based on sales team directives and sent to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure promotional materials are printed, samples are in stock and work with manufacturing team to ensure custom samples go to clients on time.
- Attend trade shows and ensure that promotional materials are up to date and in stock
- Help to create multimedia content such as images, videos, infographics, and presentations to enhance promotional efforts.
- Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns by providing insights and ideas for promotional content that supports campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align promotional content with campaign timelines and themes.
- Analyze and leverage market research data to tailor promotional content for maximum impact.
- Monitor the performance of promotional content across various platforms and channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales product, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing compelling promotional content, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media and best practices to reach target audiences.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop & similar to create basic graphic designs and other marketing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and marketing software (CRM systems, CMS platforms, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Limited occasional travel as required. Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
- Portfolio showcasing previous promotional content projects is a plus.
