*WHO YOU ARE....*

As the Manager of Client Care and Administration, you truly change lives. You will lead our client experience team and ensure women (and occasionally men) who walk through our door, frustrated by their struggles with bladder leaks, leave with restored freedom and confidence; eager to share their life changing experience with all their friends. You are the leader of the clinic and the supervisor of the client care team. You get to use multifaceted skills in areas such as: leadership, client care, communication, problem solving, coaching, collaboration, and passion - all while working in the FEMTECH space and using cutting edge technology for women’s (and men’s) health.

At UROSPOT you’ll become a passionate brand ambassador. You are the face of the UROSPOT Yonge & Lawrence clinic. You bring the brand to life for all our staff and inspire them to want to be a part of the culture you are helping to form.

You are a natural storyteller and leader. Your warm manner and professional appearance immediately make people feel comfortable. Your attention to detail will ensure a meaningful brand experience every time you interact with a client or with staff. You listen empathetically and question brilliantly. You are the ultimate owner of client experience and employee experience.

Your days will have rhythm to them, but you will also need to be flexible. You are comfortable with wearing many different hats and are passionate about growing the business.
