Job Title: Residential Mover

/Part-time

Job Location: Ottawa, ON

Job Summary: We are currently seeking experienced residential movers to join our team. As a residential mover, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' belongings are safely and efficiently moved from one location to another. You will work with a team to load, unload, and transport furniture, appliances, and other household items to the designated location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently load and unload household goods into the moving truck
- Use appropriate packing and padding materials to protect items during transit
- Secure and tie down items in the moving truck to prevent shifting during transport
- Unload items at the designated location, placing them in the appropriate rooms
- Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a residential mover
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
