The Project Manager, CYSN (Children and Youth with Support Needs) plans and implements initiatives that will inform the development of a Métis-led, community-based, integrated service model for CYSN. By establishing pathways for meaningful engagement and data collection, the manager will identify the unique needs of Métis families within the communities and develop a service model to address those needs.
