Are you a tech enthusiast looking for an opportunity to embark on a rewarding journey in Information Technology? IAMGOLD is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual intern to join our IT Support team at our Brossard office. As a valued member of our Information Technology department, you will have the chance to support our diverse user base and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**What you will do**:

- Record, track, and escalate incidents using our ticketing system.
- Support employees by configuring, installing, testing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, cell phones, tablets, and software systems.
- Assist in monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems related to LAN and WAN.
- Maintain equipment and software inventory for the corporate offices.
- Work on special projects and perform other tasks as needed.

**Key Requirements**:
**Location**: Must be available to work in our Brossard office 5 days per week.

**Language Skills**: Fluent in both French and English is mandatory. Daily contact with operations sites in Canada requires proficiency in both languages.

**Passion for Technology**: If you enjoy working with computers, dismantling, and assembling hardware, and have a keen interest in technology, this is the opportunity for you

**Education**: Currently enrolled in a computer science, information technology, or computer systems program at a university or college.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with everyone in our corporate organization.

**Organization Skills**: Well-organized, excelling both independently and in team settings, possessing strong time-management skills, and the ability to work effectively on multiple deadlines.

**Nice to have**:
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking is a plus, if you’re familiar with Office365 and Windows 10 and 11, that would be highly appreciated.
