Valet Dispatcher

Niagara Falls Valet Services is currently seeking Valet Dispatch Associates. This position features part-time leading full time hours, with benefit eligibility after a probation period. Additionally, there are union increases twice a year, with weekly gratuities.

**Job Duties (include but are not limited to)**:

- Call for Shuttles to arrive/pick up guests
- Input guest vehicle information in the system
- Sort guest’s car keys accordingly
- Arrange for Valet to retrieve cars
- Answer any guest questions to the best of your ability
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Physical Demands**:

- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Small Office environment

**Qualifications**:

- One year of previous dispatching experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Able to maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards guests and hotel associates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
