Dietary Aide

**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences
- Set up dining areas and ensure they are clean and organized
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- Seaforth, ON N0K 1W0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- dietary aide: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
