Under the authority of the Production Supervisor,** the production team leader** plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates all of the activities of his department. The incumbent ensures the operation of the equipment and sees to its maintenance.

He will be responsible in particular for:

- Manage, guide and motivate the production work team;
- Manage the needs for PPE and all other equipment;
- Work closely with operators, laborers and mechanics and act as support;
**Qualifications**
- Minimum experience of 2 years in team management;
- Experience in an industrial/production environment;
**Skills sought**
- Be a positive, mobilizing and inspiring leader;
- Good communicator;
- Person with the ability to express themselves in English; (functional)
- Ability to establish and manage priorities in a pressured work environment;
- Ability to make quick decisions.

**Additional Information**
