Spare Driver/ Relief Courier

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Class G Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Excellent Attendance Record

**COMPETENCIES**
- Willing and able to work different shifts to cover all hours of the operation
- Ability to learn multiple routes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to read and interpret a city map; Postal code knowledge
- Able to lift a maximum 30 Kg
- Present a professional uniformed image to ICS Customers at all times

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of envelopes and/or parcels as assigned
- Responsible for meeting Customer deadlines
- Complete all delivery manifests and pickup documentation as per ICS Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for submitting all paperwork including daily manifests, driver reports, customer waybills, invoices and returns
- Ensure constant communication with Branch
- Ensure the highest standards of “Service Excellence” is provided to ICS Customers
- Provide input regarding route layout, efficiencies, sort challenges, etc. to ensure the highest standards of service is maintained for ICS Customers
- Ensure all ICS Policies and Procedures are followed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
