**What you will do**:
- Prepare aluminum or steel product for paint using sanders, blenders, grinders or manually sand surface. Repair minor surfaces scratches.
- Clean, wipe with solvents
- Plan, organize, stage product for loading into booth
- Lifting required, large product, lifting up to 50lbs
- Other duties as assigned
- Day Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
**What we need**:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar environment
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Good numeric abilities to determine weight and mixing measurements
- Ability to demonstrate effective listening and verbal skills
- Team oriented
