**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Prepare rolls and make splices for the sheeter
- Remove cover and scrap from rolls
- Stack and maintain core plugs
- Helps with make-ready for the sheeter
- Operates sheeter during breaks
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment
- General clean up
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Attends and participates in ongoing training
- Not limited to and including other duties as assigned

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Grade 12 or acceptable experience
- English language knowledge/ability - speaking, listening, reading and writing
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in paper sheeting/splicing machinery (preferred)
- Experience in Manufacturing/production environment (preferred)
- Experience operating hand jacks, electric pallet jacks and forklift (preferred)
- Strong Mechanical aptitude
- Experience of Equipment Preventative Care and Troubleshooting
- Basic computer knowledge
- Available to work Weekly Rotational Shift schedule
- Must be familiar and able to adhere to company safety policies and government legislation (.i.e. Occupational Health and Safety Act)
- Respect individuals, the organization, authority, the community and the team
