**Who are we looking for?****:
**Job Title**: Specialist Cash Management Europe

**Location**: Amsterdam

**Job Summary**:
The Cash Management Europe Specialist plays a key role within the global cash management function and acts as a regional treasury representative and is responsible for Liquidity Management, Intercompany Funding & Cash Repatriation, Cash Forecasting, Bank Relationship Management, Derivative execution, Leading/Supporting Strategic initiatives. The Specialist Cash Management Europe serves as the main contact person for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in finance and/or accounting
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience including a minimum of 4 years in Treasury functions.
- Professional certification such as CTP is a plus

**Duties and responsibilities**
***:

- Support the development and execution of the company's financing strategy
- Assist in setting up and managing the medium-term note program and commercial paper program
- Work closely with banks and other financial institutions to manage relationships and identify financing opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and rating agencies
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform financing decisions
- Manage investor relations and support ESG communication efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of financing strategies and programs

**Competencies**:

- Expert knowledge of Treasury operations & cash management
- Experience in risk management i.e. FX, Interest Rate, Commodities and Counterparty Risk
- Solid understanding about Global cash repatriation/ Intercompany funding/financing
- Good Technical knowledge of ERP (SAP), Excel and Treasury cash management, liquidity and trade services systems.
- Good knowledge of business processes.
- Knowledgeable with policies, procedures and best practices in the area of accounting.
- Project Management Experience
- Experience with working in cross-functional project teams

- Ability to coach the staff in accomplishing interdepartmental tasks
