We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, we’ve proven to be a leader in the development and production of innovative and robust agricultural farm equipment.

We have two production facilities in Ontario located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our products are manufactured in our Glencoe facility and then transported to Thamesville for final assembly and shipping.
- The Opportunity_
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and providing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system support on all equipment
- Completing day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance; noting system conditions and deficiencies, and providing recommendations for enhancement and repair
- Assisting in the planning, design, and installation of updated infrastructure
- Maintaining a stock of key items for each piece of equipment
- Supporting on-site contractors as required for PMs or project activity
- Has 3 - 5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical experience in an industrial environment
- Is mechanically inclined and is comfortable performing mechanical repairs and new installations
- Is an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Has PLC knowledge for troubleshooting automated machine operation and software
- Millwright (433A) Red Seal certificate is considered an asset
- Electrician (442A) red Seal Certificate is considered an asset
