**The Bookkeeper Role**:
The Bookkeeper position will record all financial transactions and verify they are accurate. You will also be responsible for maintaining all financial records, reconciliation, assist in process payroll, and perform any other clerical duties associated with the accounting department.

**Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Review financial transactions for accuracy
- Input transactions into the correct ledger
- Reconcile bank and other accounts
- Pay vendors as they come due
- Provide reception relief during meetings or absences of administrative staff.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year experience working as a full-cycle bookkeeper and/or a certificate diploma in a post-secondary bookkeeping program or equivalent.
- Must have experience in Sage 50, Microsoft 365, Excel and Word
- Experience using Smartsheet an asset but not mandatory
- Attention to detail
- Independent, self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**The Perks**:
This position is full-time from Monday to Friday.

Salary range for this position is between $22.00 to $30.00 per hour and will be negotiable based on experience. We also have a variety of benefits for our team members.
