**Au sein de votre équipe, votre rôle essentiel sera**:

- d’être le premier contact avec la clientèle, afin qu’elle se sente à l’aise; votre accueil, votre empathie et votre professionnalisme seront mis à profit;
- de cerner les besoins de la clientèle en collectant les données nécessaires à la préparation des ordonnances;
- de préparer les ordonnances et de détecter des problématiques potentielles pour la clientèle;
- pour certaine PJC, d’effectuer la préparation de pilulier;
- de veiller à l’hygiène ainsi qu’au rangement du laboratoire afin de faciliter son bon fonctionnement.
