Jr. Buyer

**Objectives**:
Contribute to business efficiency. Improve customer success and ensure company’s KPIs by working in the buying department. Empower team building and learning while following company standards and guidelines. Bring new and fresh ideas to optimize the daily tasks and business model.
- Assist the buyer with the selection of the right product mix (worksheet preparation, pictures recollection, proposal assembling, etc.).
- Effectively manage and monitor content accuracy received by vendors.
- Assist in reports building and data recollection.
- Load all the information into the system/s and ensure that it stays updated, linked, and accurate, reflecting the company worksheet/s and database/s. (ERPs, Backends, and any other sites related directly or indirectly to the business).
- Maintain accurate vendor contracts, contacts, library, and files for periodical reviews.
- Ensure clients and company folders are clean, up-to-date, following all guidelines.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors, replenishment, IT, accounting, CSR, and any other department/s or representatives that require information related to the business.
- Document new procedures and keep track of daily task to meet deadlines.

**Experience**:

- Buying / Merchandising role: 1 year (preferred)
- purchasing: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
