**The Role**:
Our Retail team is looking for Sales Associates at our CF Promenades St-Bruno location. Come be a part of our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. You will have the exciting opportunity to not only improve your customer experience skills, but also expand your knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry. A sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in our retail stores. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role of ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Perform POS (point of sales) transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication
- Resolving customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner
- Keep current on our product and service updates
- Be aspirational to your customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture
- Processing and assembling orders for our online store

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge**:

- Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to problem solve quickly and in a polite manner
- Highly organized. Works well under pressure and can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team
- Able to multi task and learn new programs quickly
- Must possess integrity and follow through on customer commitments

**Le rôle**:
Notre équipe de vente au détail est à la recherche d'un(e) associé(e) aux ventes à notre succursale CF Promenades St-Bruno. Venez faire partie de l'équipe en pleine expansion de JD Sports Canada. Vous aurez l'occasion d'améliorer vos compétences en matière d'expérience client, ainsi que d'élargir vos connaissances et votre expérience de travail dans l'industrie de la mode. L'associé(e) à la vente est chargé(e) d'offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients dans nos boutiques de détail. En tant que vendeur, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le succès de l'équipe JD Sports.
**Tâches/Responsabilités**:

- Effectuer des transactions au point de vente et des tâches de marchandisage, telles que la réception des expéditions, le réapprovisionnement, le marquage des prix, l'entretien des cabines d'essayage.
- Établir des relations durables avec les clients grâce à un service et une communication courtoise.
- Résoudre efficacement les problèmes des clients au niveau de la boutique, de manière rapide et positive.
- Se tenir au courant des mises à jour de nos produits et services
- Être une source d'inspiration pour vos clients dans tous les aspects de la culture : mode, musique, art, technologie et architecture.
- Traiter et assembler les commandes pour notre boutique en ligne.
