**Your day at Trim Landscaping**:
Day-to-day you will be leading a crew of 2-4 people to complete small/medium size jobs and maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial properties. This work can include edging beds, weeding, mulching, trimming, cultivating beds, planting, cleanups and other maintenance related tasks. Other projects including new installations, planting, annuals, etc. We offer snow removal work through the winter months where applicable.

**Job Requirements**:

- Manage crew either with a mowing list or maintenance job site
- Manage crew HR including motivation, expectations, and interpersonal issues with the assistance of the Manager and HR.
- Train other crew members in all simple skills required for their position
- Manage day-to-day/ week to week goals, production targets etc.
- Understanding and trained in pruning/weeding/tree trimming and plant material
- Ensure appropriate level of quality for all aspects of maintenance jobs
- Troubleshoot on-site problems with crew
- Manage on site safety
- Responsible for/Oversee all preventative maintenance
- Communicate with customers, HRM staff, clients, and the Manager with all matters relating to the project
- Read and understand work orders/ job requests/ HRM mowing requests
- Calculate the material needed for all situations (sod, mulch, soil, plant material)
- Know or be able to find out independently, standard install specs for a given product
- Establish/communicate/pick up needs for next day
- Stick to LEMS in the job planner, communicate when not possible
- Timesheet input
- iAuditor input
- Ensure site, truck, and trailer cleanliness and organization

**Job Requirements**:

- High school graduation required; associate's degree preferred.
- Five years of relevant experience is required with two years in a supervisory capacity preferred
- Able to read and understand blueprints or design specifications
- Must have valid class 5 drivers's licence.
