Repair Technician Team Lead

The Conpute K-12 Repair Technician Team Lead is responsible for leading our team at our facility as well as On-site customer care where customer service, empathy and problem solving are top priorities. This role also includes the assessing, repairing, and providing quality control of repairs of devices for our customers devices.
Support Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead a team of 10 or fewer
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Support the efforts of other team members providing detailed, hands-on aid where a technician’s troubleshooting efforts have been unsuccessful
- Configure, Install and Image Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Printers and Projectors
- Troubleshoot and Repair or Replace all above mentioned in the Field and at the Depot
- Organize Service Calls & Prioritize based on real-time needs from the department
- Complete Administrative tasks in real-time including Entering Time and Details of Work Performed
into our ticketing system
- Maintain records of customer assets
- Produce reports as needed
- Detail oriented (Ability to follow processes and help improve those processes if required)
- Good communication skills
- Eager to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Lifting or moving up to 50lbs
- ** Must have a Valid Driver’s License & Operating Vehicle**
- ** Must be able to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check**
- ** A+ Certification Required**
Qualifications: College or University Degree in Computer Science or related field; OR equivalent work experience, working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple products is preferred. Excellent ability to work with others, experience managing a small team, foster a team environment, ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to change as needed. 1-2 years experience in a team lead role.
