Canada Goose is seeking a visionary **Director of Transportation** to lead and elevate our global transportation operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our logistics network, driving efficiency, and ensuring world-class service across all transportation modes within our Global Supply Chain and Logistics Operations.

As the Director of Transportation, you will steer our global transportation team, overseeing the selection, performance, and optimization of our transportation partners—ranging from Freight Forwarders to overland and parcel carriers. Your leadership will ensure seamless delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Your expertise will empower the team to leverage data-driven insights, enabling strategic decision-making and identifying logistics best practices. You will drive cost-effective solutions while aligning transportation performance with budget and service goals.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Designing and refining our transportation network to ensure it delivers on efficiency and customer service expectations.
- Leading strategic projects to optimize our network and transportation strategies, supporting the company's expansion into new product categories.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment on long-term transportation plans.
- Developing a customer-centric, global transportation network that supports our ambitious growth targets.
- Building and maintaining a robust network of global carriers that deliver seamless service across all regions and channels.
- Resolving transportation-related challenges with agility, while delivering superior communication to internal and external customers.
- Tracking and evaluating carrier performance to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partnering with procurement teams to manage and implement RFPs, while leading carrier performance reviews.
- Continuously analyzing industry trends and adjusting our carrier base to maintain a customer-focused global network.
