We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to work at our FlightHub kiosk. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers in person at our kiosk and promoting our flight booking services. By attracting and assisting customers in purchasing flight tickets, you will act as a sales representative and customer advocate to ensure they receive the best travel options available
Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you're highly skilled in:
- Engaging with customers at the kiosk, understanding their travel needs, and offering suitable flight options;
- Providing excellent customer service, answering any questions and addressing concerns related to flight bookings;
- Processing flight bookings and payments efficiently and accurately;
- Staying updated on current flight deals, promotions, and travel policies to offer the best advice to customers;
- Maintaining a clean and attractive kiosk environment;
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the kiosk;
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or retail industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping people;
- Basic computer skills for processing bookings;
- Flexibility to work during mall hours, including weekends and holidays;
- Bilingual (French and English).

Nous recherchons un(e) représentant(e) commercial(e) expérimenté(e) pour travailler à notre kiosque FlightHub. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé(e) d'entrer en contact avec nos clients en personne à notre kiosque et de promouvoir nos services de réservation de vols. En attirant et en aidant les clients à acheter des billets d'avion, vous agirez en tant que représentant commercial et défenseur des intérêts des clients afin de veiller à ce qu'ils bénéficient des meilleures options de voyage disponibles
De nombreux parcours professionnels peuvent vous préparer à cette opportunité qui changera votre vie, mais de préférence, vous avez de l'expérience dans les domaines suivants:
- Dialoguer avec les clients au kiosque, comprendre leurs besoins en matière de voyage et leur proposer des options de vol adaptées ;
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, répondre aux questions et aux préoccupations liées aux réservations de vols ;
- Traiter les réservations de vols et les paiements de manière efficace et précise ;
- Se tenir au courant des offres de vols, des promotions et des politiques de voyage en vigueur afin d'offrir les meilleurs conseils aux clients ;
- Maintenir un environnement de kiosque propre et attrayant ;
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et contribuer au succès global du kiosque ;
Exigences:
- Expérience confirmée dans la vente, de préférence dans le secteur du voyage ou de la vente au détail ;
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe ;
- Attitude axée sur le client et passion pour aider les gens ;
- Compétences informatiques de base pour le traitement des réservations ;
