If so, you might me our next delivery driver and warehouse team member. **Now your probably asking what all does the job entail?** Well that's a big list because we are a small business so everyone (including the owner) wears a lot of hats. Your primary role will be in driving our delivery truck and ensuring that the furniture our clients purchased gets safely into their home and that when you leave the client has a huge smile on their face because of how you've treated them. Once you're back from deliveries you might open and inspect (and when I say inspect I mean INSPECT) the pieces for any problems. You might give a hand moving some furniture around the store or you help crate up something that we are shipping out or just tidy up the warehouse. At the end of the day there's always things to do and we keep busy. At times it's a fast paced environment and at other times it's much slower but one thing never changes no matter how much time we have to get something done. **We always do it right**

So you're probably wondering **what makes this place different to work at compared with every other furniture store or delivery company in town**. First, we have a great team. I know everyone says they have a good team but just to put things in perspective, the last time we were hiring for someone in the warehouse was 11 years ago. Our people like their jobs and we like the people who work here. Often a delivery team is seen by others in a company as the entry level position. In our company you're as valued as everyone else. **Do a good job, look after your co-workers and our customers and you're going to fit in here just fine.**

**So what the downside of the job**. You're going to be lifting and moving some very heavy awkward pieces into customers homes. It's all beautiful pieces but it's often heavy, awkward, expensive and breakable. Not the easiest items to deliver but when you see a beautiful piece finishing off a customers room and the smile on their faceit's worth all the effort.

- **We need to be able to trust you.** When you say you will do something we aren't going to keep checking with you to make sure it's done. If you told me it would be done, then unless I hear otherwise I know that it will get done.
- **We need you to be hospitable.**You're the last contact our clients have with our store and how you treat our customers will often determine if that customer comes back.
- **We need you to be looking to grow** and find better ways of doing things. We don't want to get stuck in a rut and value input from every team member on what we can do to make the company and the customers experience better.

- **Experience driving a 5-ton truck and moving furniture.**:

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
