**Bilingual deskside Analyst - Onsite (Contract Position)**

Number of Positions: 1 Filled: 0 Duration: 48 months

Location: Moncton, NB, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada
- onsite position in Moncton NB, local applicants only, or committed to relocate

**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years of previous Deskside experience
- This is a bilingual position. Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English is required.

**Required Skills**:

- Diploma or Certificate within the scope of Information Technology or High School diploma combined with years of experience in a deskside support role.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
- Good communication, time management and mathematical skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Attention to detail and documentation - you take pride in your work
- Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer related peripherals
- Clean criminal record and driving abstract

**Nice to have**:

- Meeting Room support experience would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Teams Telephony would be a significant asset.

**Description of duties**:

- Resource must have own mode of transportation to travel
- Experience providing desktop hardware and software support to users
- Experience troubleshooting and managing file and print services.
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally including producing written technical material that is concise, grammatically correct, and structured to communicate the intended message with high efficacy.

**Duties will also include**:

- Manage, & support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, rugged tablets, mobile phones, printers, etc)
- Provide Tier 2 support which includes a dedicated service for walk up support to end-users.
- Recording all inventory, incidents/service request ticket updates into our incident management system.
- Meeting Room support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Moncton, NB E1E 4E1 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Moncton, NB E1E 4E1: Relocate before starting work (required)
