**What you will do**:

- As a Business Analyst Collaborate with business customers to gather document and analyze business requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud projects.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.
- Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with standard processes and design patterns.
- Create and implement test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Must have a demonstrable experience in Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst role with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Experience in Project Scope Management and Project Customer Management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Admin capabilities is a significant advantage.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Admin Certification is required.

**Working Arrangements**:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto/Kitchener, ON.
