**The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc. has multiple entry-level positions available in the Sanitation, Post-Harvest, and Flower Room Departments.**

**Sanitation Technician Job Description**
- Responsible for performing all tasks related to facility cleanliness, including but not limited to:
1. Cleaning grow rooms (ceilings, walls, grow tables, floors, lights)
2. Sweeping & mopping production hallways
3. Washing grow equipment & supplies
4. Disposing of waste
5. General office area cleaning (offices, lunchroom, gowning area, bathrooms)
6. Re-stocking of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
- Documenting cleaning activities as per SOP’s and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Other duties & responsibilities, as assigned.

**Post Harvest Trim Member Job Description**
- Responsible for performing all tasks related to Post Harvest activities, including but not limited to:
1. Harvesting
2. Drying and curing
3. Hand trimming
4. Bulk packaging
- Sanitize and maintain all tools and technical equipment used in Post Harvest activities.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
- Documenting cleaning activities as per SOP’s and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Other duties & responsibilities, as assigned from time to time.

**Flower Room Team Member Job Description**
- Responsible for performing all tasks related to Flower Room plant maintenance (Pruning, Defoliating, Plugging) and harvesting.
- Sanitize and maintain all tools and technical equipment used in Flower Room activities.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
- Documenting cleaning activities as per SOP’s and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Other duties & responsibilities, as assigned from time to time.

**Required Job Skills**
- Ability to work with Isopropyl Alcohol and other chemicals/cleaners
- Desire to learn with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow direction and stay on task
- Effective communication - verbal and in writing
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Have strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs several times a day, and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable and punctual

**Salary**: From $19.50 per hour
