**Overview**:
The Guest _**Plumbing**_ _**Division Manager**_ plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing key client projects. Responsible for ensuring projects are executed within stipulated timelines, budget, and scope, this role involves comprehensive project coordination and collaboration with diverse teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of all projects while adhering to specified scopes.
- Contribute to defining project scope, objectives, and pricing, involving relevant stakeholders for technical feasibility.
- Manage resource allocation and availability for efficient project execution.
- Develop and monitor a detailed project plan to track progress effectively.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.
- Evaluate project performance using relevant tools and techniques and report to management as necessary.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Employ risk management strategies to mitigate project risks effectively.
- Establish and sustain relationships with external vendors and third parties.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Liaise with clients to gather detailed project requirements and specifications.
- Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience.
- Monitor project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Align project constraints with budgetary objectives based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and internal staff members.
- Continuously develop and utilize leadership skills to guide the project team effectively.
- Attend conferences and training sessions as necessary to maintain proficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
**Additional Responsibilities for Managing a Team of 15-17 Direct Reports**:
- Directly manage and lead a team of 15-17 individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Set clear team goals, objectives, and KPIs aligned with overall project objectives, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication, creativity, and innovation.
- Resolve conflicts and address any issues within the team promptly, maintaining a positive and conducive work atmosphere.
- Develop and implement strategies for team development, training, and skill enhancement to enhance overall team performance.
- Ensure effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities among team members while considering individual strengths and expertise.
- Act as a point of escalation for team members, offering guidance and solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of compliance, ethics, and professionalism within the team.
