**What you Offer**:

- Current industry knowledge and understanding of interior construction is preferred

**Position Summary**:
In this role you will work with a collaborative sales team to develop and deliver an annual sales strategy including defining and owning an annual sales quota. Keys to your success will be your ability to identify opportunities for new relationships through your knowledge of current and emerging trends in relevant industries and your ability to create lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect with clients and internal teams. You will work closely with the Innovior tam, Manufacturing Project Manager, Sales, Operations and Site Technicians to secure new project development, manage resources that deliver the successful completion of each project’s goals and growth profitably. You will support the growth of Innovior Construction through the identification and development of new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Use a consultative sales process to strengthen existing customer relationships and build rapport and trust with new customers.
- Gather market intelligence by consulting industry websites, market reports, publications, directories, blogs, portals, and competitor events to establish INSIGHTS and LEADS.
- ASK PROBING QUESTIONS - Spend on average 2 to 3-hours conducting phone-based lead research and sales calls to prospects uncovering pain points and delivering value propositions.
- Craft clear and concise verbal and written messaging to negotiate and CLOSE sponsorship sales with efficiency.
- Manage accounts from sale to pre-activity prep, activity oversight, and post-activity reporting.
- Contribute ideas toward potential new offerings based on in-market sales feedback.
- Prepare and present sales updates as required by the team lead and upper management.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
