**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Health Coach to join our team. As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals towards achieving their health and wellness goals through education and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct health assessments and develop personalized wellness plans for clients
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other health-related topics
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients stay on track with their health goals
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to wellness plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

**Requirements**:

- Certification in health coaching or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate individuals towards positive behavior change
- Experience in conducting health assessments and developing personalized wellness plans is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.55-$53.08 per hour
