- The Project Information Specialist acts as the Project Specialist of automation technology for the project, managing the information technology, automation and information/data management requirements for the project team. This position works in conjunction with lead Project Information Manager (PIM).- Collect data and information requested by the lead Project Information Manager (PIM)
- Assist in the implementation of remote collaboration tools and procedures to support multi-office design reviews as well as training and collaboration sessions
- Assist in the implementation of client or joint venture mandated systems or processes which includes planning, setup, and configuration
- Assist implementation of Fluor environment for Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and coordinate with EDMS Project Application Specialist (PAS)
- Assist in coordinating the project training programs identified by the PIM
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
**Basic Job Requirements**
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years to three (3) of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Strong communication and presentation skills essential
**Other Job Requirements**
- Document and collaborate on system support and coordination
- Perform asset management for project/client assets
- Perform data management and quality activities for client turnover
