**Overview**:
This individual would be responsible for ensuring the movement of parts and products throughout the shop to keep production moving.

**Key Attributes & Responsibilities**:

- Possess the ability to interpret drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings.
- Proficient in the use of computers and iPads.
- Competent with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Possess foundational knowledge of relevant fabrication processes.
- Willing to provide direction to material handlers, lead hands, and supervisors.
- Capable of identifying and reporting factors that cause delays.
- Demonstrates decisiveness in resolving and prioritizing issues.
- Exhibits innovative thinking, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Able to identify and recommend parts for stocking, as opposed to one-off production
- Able to hold a composed demeanor with a strong sense of urgency

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
