We are looking for an Accounting Technician to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

This position requires the individual to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks as well as administrative work.

What you’ll do:
- Process on time basic accounts, vendor and bank payable-
- Accurately prepare bank redemption reports-
- Accurately process cost recovery, insurance & warranty reporting weekly-
- Creating sales redemption reports on a daily basis-
- Reconcile bank account on a daily basis-
- Reconcile credit card statements & cash expenditures on a monthly basis-
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts-
- Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure all business reporting and compliance is strictly adhered to-
- Ensure company assets are safeguarded-
- Typing accurately and preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records-
- Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements-
- Scanning & other administrative work-
- Perform other duties as assigned by managementKnowledge & Qualifications:
- Minimum college diploma or certificate in accounting plus relevant work experience-
- Must have knowledge of Quickbooks & accounting procedures-
- Strong excel skills-
- Detailed oriented-
- Ability to perform filing, record keeping and administrative work-
