**Job Summary**
This is a 10 hour shift from Monday to Thursday. Those who are hired will work days from 6:30am-3:00pm (Mon.Fri.) for training, and then transition to the afternoon shift once training is completed.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Preparation of metal prior to priming
- Electrostatic/Powdercoating painting
- Inspect finished metal structure for runs, chips and other deficiencies
**Education & Training**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year powdercoating paint experience in manufacturing setting preferred
**Technical Requirements**
- Basic understanding of the operation of hand tools and power tools
- Electrostatic paint experience helpful
**Physical Requirements**
Performs stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for long periods of time, pushing and/or pulling, lifting, holding and gripping objects, repetitive motions.
