**DLF North America** is currently recruiting for an **IT Infrastructure Specialist. **This is a hybrid work position, but the ideal incumbent will be able to sit in the office of Lindsay, Ontario Canada facility.

**Join us in IT Infrastructure team**

You will become a part of the Global IT Infrastructure team that is working around the world and consisting of 7 members the Head of IT Infrastructure. You will engage with the internal IT department, especially the Global IT Infrastructure Community, ERP team and IT service desk.

You will also have relevant interaction and collaboration with External IT- and company representatives.

You will play an important role in:

- Providing Technical IT Support: Maintain and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure environment deploying Azure Cloud infrastructure, network, servers and operating systems.
- Function Tier 2 support and link the function between Service Desk and tier3 support
- Implement, Deploy and Maintain Servers-, services and Cloud infrastructure
- Delivering a technical, secure, stable and agile Infrastructure according to best
- and company practice and
- Building and charting a structured documentation and operation procedures and manuals

**Qualifications
- We imagine you**:

- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within IT and IT Infrastructure
- Understand and have experience with IT Cloud concepts of Infrastructure. Including experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Pose an understanding of Enterprise IT concepts
- Are willing to evolve and develop professional and personal skills
- Have experience with object-oriented scripting like PowerShell, Json and Bicep
- Have experience with installing and supporting Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows Server and Windows Client
- Are willing to travel. Some travel is to be expected
