Salon Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aveda salon. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing the salon staff, providing excellent customer service to our clients, and maintaining a profitable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

-      Hire, train, and manage the salon staff, including hair stylists, receptionists, and assistants
-      Ensure that all employees provide excellent customer service and adhere to the salon's policies and procedures
-      Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the salon's services and products
-      Manage the salon's social media presence and create promotional materials to attract new clients
-      Manage the salon's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking revenue and expenses
-      Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
-      Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring that it meets all health and safety regulations
-      Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
-      Address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise
-      Ensure that the salon runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis

Qualifications:

-      Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the beauty industry
-      Experience managing a team of employees
-      Strong communication and customer service skills
-      Sales and marketing experience
-      Excellent organizational and time management skills
-      Knowledge of Aveda products and services preferred
-      Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: From $31,841.59 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:
