Join our team as a permanent, part-time **Residential Care Worker** working in our Residence Located in Tsawwassen. The Residential Care Worker works 17 hours per week at an hourly rate between **$25.05 - $28.75**, plus 10.6% in lieu of benefits.

We do this by facilitating community connections, family supports, employment opportunities, and supportive housing options with a commitment to life-long learning, choice and self-determination.

**Position Hours**:

- Sunday, 4:00pm - 10:00pm
- Monday, 4:00pm - 10:00pm
- Tuesday, 4:00pm - 9:00pm

**What we offer**:

- Paid orientations before commence work;
- Paid trainings upon hired, including MANDT training, Person-Centered Thinking training, First Aid renewal, FOODSAFE renewal, etc.;
- Cash incentive for referring a friend;
- Financial support in getting your Class 4 Driver's License, including paid day off attending road test, reimbursement of related fee, etc.;
- Free on-site parking;
- Casual dress.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17 per week

**Salary**: $25.05-$28.75 per hour
