This position reports to the Supervisor of the Assistant Project Management team and will work closely with their Suppliers and Site teams.

**This position is an office position and report to our Head Office located in Orleans, ON.**

This individual plays a crucial part in our construction projects, and are the main office contact for our Site Foremen and all project stakeholders.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES are but not limited to**:

- Create PO’s for daily material requests/credits for project sites
- Input data into internal software program
- Send orders to Suppliers
- Create logs in Smartsheet to share metrics and information with company and Suppliers
- Assist the Assistant Project Management team as needed
- Ad-hoc projects

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Bilingualism is required (French and English)
- 1 year of relevant experience is an asset
- Proficient in creating interactive spreadsheets for project reporting/logging
- Must be open to creating new Project tracking sheets
- Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be well organized and strong multi-tasking skills
- Must be a positive Team Player
- Must have an eagerness to learn
- Must be open minded to new ideas

**KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARES IS AN ASSET**:

- Jonas Construction Enterprise
- Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc)
- Plan Grid
- Smart Sheet
- Asset Panda
