We are looking for an impactful and dedicated
**Messaging Administrator** for our Integrated Global Services team to be based out of
** our Edmonton branch **to act as the primary point of contact on all Office 365, MS Teams and Skype for Business operational needs You will play a key role in the delivery of service excellence to our Managed IT Services clients.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Act as the go-to technical resource assisting multiple clients with Microsoft Messaging technologies
- Troubleshoot issues with hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, mail routing, Azure AD, Skype/Lync on-premise, Skype for Business Online, Microsoft Teams and other Messaging related infrastructure
- Work with a dynamic team of Messaging specialists
- Provide recommendations on how to improve efficiencies with the technologies we support
- Participate in group events and discussions with clients, vendors, and other system consultants
- Use LogicMonitor to view and assess Exchange/Skype alerts

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years’ recent experience as a Messaging Specialist in a Microsoft environment, supporting multiple versions of Exchange both on-premises and hybrid. Tier 2/3 level support.
- 2+ years’ recent experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 services using PowerShell
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Voice and voice integration with on-premises Skype
- Strong background in infrastructure support including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect and DNS
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance center, Cloud App Security and Microsoft Defender for Office 365
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication
- Knowledge of multiple mail gateways, including ProofPoint
