- Core aerations.
- De-thatching.
- Top-dressing.
- Mosquito control.
- Irrigation install and service.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Must be comfortable on a ladder (2 stories).
- Must have there "G" license.
- Must have clean drivers abstract.
