Position Summary

Our capable Associates utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions.

Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. **Qualifications**:
The Oracle Security and Workflow (SWF) Consulting Associate will be responsible for the delivery of overall Oracle Security and Workflow configuration related to Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. You will help in driving requirement gathering workshops, transform requirements to Oracle Cloud Security and Workflow configuration, conduct role and user mapping exercise, and lead SWF testing.
- Experience working with large Implementation partners, coordinate requirement gathering, manage team, and report on daily activities.
- Solid understanding of RBAC and Data Security is a must.
- Understands Segregation of Duties (SOD) framework and how to safeguard personally identifiable information (PII) in an implementation project.
- Experience in leading large Security and Workflow implementations within Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, PeopleSoft, EBS, SAP or JDE preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud security design and implementation methodology
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA is a plus.
- Understanding of Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) configuration and security concepts and procedures is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud - Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
