**Job Overview**
- Responsibilities:_

**Childcare**:

- Provide direct care and supervision to children in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement daily routines and schedules that meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration.

**Educational Support**:

- Assist with homework and educational activities to support children's learning and development.
- Plan and participate in recreational and educational activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outings.
- Encourage and support children's participation in extracurricular activities and hobbies.

**Emotional and Social Support**:

- Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them develop coping skills and resilience.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment that promotes children's self-esteem and confidence.
- Address behavioral issues with patience and understanding, using appropriate disciplinary techniques.

**Household Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for children.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying up, and ensuring children's rooms are clean and safe.
- Manage household supplies and ensure that necessary items are stocked and available.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on children's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with others to ensure comprehensive care for children.
- Requirements:_

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Caregiver, Nanny, or Childcare Provider.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and calmness.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to perform caregiving tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry children as needed.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets if required.

**Additional Duties**
- Assist with transportation to and from school, appointments, and activities.
- Provide overnight care when needed.
- Support children in developing life skills and independence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.55-$24.12 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
