**Job Summary**:
The United Boxing Club is looking for a manager to lead and inspire a high performance team in order to provide our members with the best boxing instruction in a welcoming inclusive environment.

Our goal is to be recognized as North America’s premiere boxing club and brand. It will be the Manager’s responsibility strive for that standard by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boxing club, ensuring that it is run efficiently and effectively.

They will be responsible for managing finances, coordinating events, creating marketing strategies to attract new members to the club and most importantly providing a healthy work environment. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bring the United Boxing brand to life so our members get the most out of the club.
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the club's operations, including finances, membership, marketing, and events.
- Create marketing strategies to attract new members to the club and increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate events such as boxing matches, tournaments, and training camps.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the club, ensuring that equipment is in good condition and the facility is safe for members.
- Hire and train new trainers and staff, and manage their schedules and workloads.
- Work with trainers to develop and implement training programs that cater to the needs of the club's members.
- Manage and track finances, including budgeting, revenue, expenses, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to health and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a management role in a fitness or sports-related industry is preferred.
- 2+ years experience working in customer service & sales (experience with membership sales highly preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers and staff.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.

**Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree in sports management or a related field is preferred.

**Certifications**:

- CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- A certification in personal training or group fitness is preferred.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
