**Responsibilities**
- Payroll; All aspects including gathering, submitting, posting, submissions, adjustments, etc.
- Accounts payable; receiving, inputting, paying bills, etc.
- Accounts receivable; receiving, inputting and balancing accounts, etc.
- Partial HR, WSIB and Year end duties.
- Cover front desk when required.
- Meeting minutes, some basic bookkeeping, assist office staff.
- Input orders received, shipping documents, packing slips, invoicing.
- Other office duties may be assigned to assist office staff with regular duties, special projects and contracts.
**Qualifications**
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Good math skills with some financials experience.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Post-Secondary education.
- Able to think fast, find answers, respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, and professional manner.
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
**Deal Breakers - Must Haves**
Computerized Accounting (min. 2 years)
Bookkeeping/Accounting (min. 2 years)
**Assets**
- SAGE (Accounting Program) an asset.
- WSIB an asset.
- HR an asset.
