**REQUIREMENTS**

As a **Data Analyst**, you would join our small, but mighty team of data scientists and analysts who work company-wide to understand our customers, build impactful products, help make data driven decisions, and inform the company strategy

**Projects include**:

- Analyzing our customer base to help inform marketing / acquisition strategy
- Measuring the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns
- Understanding product usage to help teams improve product features and customer retention
- Partnering with customer operations to help the team be as efficient as possible

**The skills required for this role**:

- You have 3+ years experience in Data Analytics
- You know how to write SQL queries and use them to answer business questions and analyze data
- You have hands-on-experience working with Looker, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics
- You can build comprehensive dashboards with KPIs and metrics relevant to the team (Product, Marketing, etc.)
- You are very strong at using data to create a narrative for business stakeholders
- You can find strong signals in the noise and can work in a fast moving and sometimes a new or developing data environment
- You have a basic understanding of product development, growth/marketing, and data science
- You are a strong, clear communicator

**Bonus points**:

- You have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- You know how to use Python
- You have experience working in a startup environment or for a SaaS company
- Your background is in management consulting or investment banking
- You have a strong interest in business and/or financial services/FinTech
