**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join the Jones Agencies (formally John Low Agencies). As we look to open up and grow our brokerage, this is a perfect opportunity to get in on the ground level. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience that can provide exceptional customer service and transaction support to our agents.

**Duties**
- Supervise the Agents within the brokerage and the transactions processed through the brokerage.
- Regulatory compliance responsibilities for the brokerage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the community.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, and inspectors.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Real Estate Brokers license in Alberta.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the industry.

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
