**Personal Trainer / Strength and Conditioning Coach**

**Overview**:
We are seeking an energetic, lively, and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a coach and personal trainer. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fitness, martial arts, and motivating others. You’ll play a key role in creating a fun, engaging, and challenging workout experience for adults and youth. While we can teach you how to coach a class, we need someone who naturally brings enthusiasm and energy to every session.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Motivate, teach, and challenge members while ensuring workouts are fun and engaging.
- Conduct 45minute, high-energy, skill-based classes for adults.
- Conduct through, technical and engaging workouts for 1:1 clients.
- Inspire and guide clients to achieve results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans, and tracking their progress.
- Follow the HERO class framework but have the freedom to make every class your own.
- Boost member retention and attract new members by conducting fun, simple, and ever-changing workouts.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for new and existing clients in private coaching sessions.
- Maintain a clean, friendly class environment and ensure the safety of all participants.
- Adhere to and enforce company standards and policies.
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, hygiene, punctuality, and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and maintain personal commitment to fitness.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required; college/university education preferred.
- Personal training certification (ACE or BCRPA).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage.
- High integrity and multitasking ability.
- Confidence in leading classes through structured agendas.
- Ability to ensure safety and cleanliness during and after class.
- Able to work closely with members, offering hands-on guidance and coaching.
- Physically capable of demonstrating fitness techniques and using equipment.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and friendly.
- CPR/AED certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
