Job Description: Business Analyst

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Effectively organize stakeholders needs and convey requirements to the development team using flowchart tools such as draw.io, Figma, Lucidchart, and Xmind
- Create visualizations using tools such as OBS，Loom，Capcut，Final Cut Pro, Adobe PR to present findings to stakeholders
- Assist in database design and optimization
- Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by providing input on requirements, testing, and implementation
- Create process flow diagrams and documentation
- Demonstrate excellent solution explanation and presentation skills by providing clear descriptions and demonstrations of solutions to customers
- Assist in project management activities, including creating project plans and tracking progress
- Perform business analysis tasks such as user acceptance testing (UAT) and requirements validation
