Experienced Medical Aesthetician

**COMPENSATION: TO BE NEGOTIATED BASED ON INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCE.**

**Overview**:

We are currently seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting self-improvement and health enhancement.

**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including sanitate procedures, laser services, facials. Massage is an additional asset but not required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell products and services to clients based on their individual requirements.Previous sales experience in the Aesthetics industry necessary.
- Conduct retail sales of skincare products and beauty items. Previous sales experience in the Aesthetics industry necessary.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and client check-ins.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold the standards of Kaizen Health Group.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician in a clinic or spa setting.
- Proficiency in performing a range of aesthetic procedures including facials, laser massage, and product demonstrations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and promote/sell services effectively.
- Ability to engage in upselling techniques and retail sales.
- Knowledge of sanitate procedures and adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification and training in aesthetics is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in Laser required.

**Preference will be given to applicants who have a strong background in Aesthetic sales and Aesthetic events.**

**COMPENSATION: TO BE NEGOTIATED BASED ON INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCE.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
